Our story

The story of DENEVY began in the spring of 2014, when we started as a relatively small and unknown company that within the first 2 years became part of large projects, primarily focused on software integrations, which helped build a strong awareness of our company. Today we are a growing, competitive and most importantly stable IT company with solid foundations and a great team of professionals. We are active in software development, integration and testing, as well as offering specialist services in DevOps, RPA, LowCode and NoCode platforms. Last but not least, we are dedicated to cloud solutions and security.

The portfolio of our customers consists mainly of leading Czech, Slovak and foreign companies in the telecommunications, insurance, banking, eHealt and Automotive sectors.

DENEVY has been active on the Czechoslovak IT scene for more than 10 years and has won numerous awards along the way.

In 2018 we became the 1st. ONLYOFFICE partner in the Czech Republic.

We have also created several proprietary software solutions, the most successful being juno.one, which was awarded Computerworld magazine's IT Product of the Year 2018 and 2020, 2022.

In 2019, 2020 and 2022, we were ranked in the Deloitte Technology FAST 50 CE, Deloitte Technology FAST 50 Czech Republic and last but not least, Deloitte Technology FAST 500 EMEA.

In 2022, juno.one received an award from the BusinessIT.cz editorial team in the category of Remarkable Product of the Year. We are also the recipient of several awards from the web portal g2.com - High preformer, Best support, Easiest To Do Business With, Best Meets Requirements.

Andrej Hyben

Ing. Andrej Hyben CEO (2014 - 2024)

The Founder and visionary

Andrej has been in the IT world for almost 20 years. His journey started during his studies at the University of Žilina, where he started as a Software Tester in German companies Scheidt & Bachmann, and for a short time he worked as a Tester and Configurator of telecommunication equipment in Bergen, Norway.

Since 2009, he has been working primarily on the Czech-Slovak market in various positions from Test Analyst to Test Manager, he has been an important part of large projects such as the replacement of the core system in ČMSS (Liška project) or in OZP (ICIS project). He has been involved in testing in various industries, from telecommunications, insurance, banking and automotive. Another area in which he has worked is the development of software applications with a focus on automation, digitalization and project management, where he fully identified with the quote by Jan Werich:

"He who wants to, finds a way. Who does not want, looks for a reason."

Thanks to his great enthusiasm, focus, professionalism and several years of experience, he founded his own successful software company, DENEVY s.r.o. He was also an active member and co-founder of several other companies. Andrej, was primarily engaged in business activities with an overlap into technical implementations. His best known project was the development of all-in-one software, juno.one. As part of the company's gradual development, he gathered around him a group of IT specialists who have more than 10 years of experience in this field and form a dynamic and quality team at DENEVY.

In January 2024, the very year DENEVY celebrates its 10th anniversary, comes the unexpected news of Andrey's death. This tragic event marked and strengthened us all at the same time. His wife, the current CFO, Anna Hybenova, together with the new CEO, Martin Hudos, takes over the management of the company with dignity, respect and determination.

Our Team

Ing. Anna Hybenova

Co-Founder/CFO & BID manager (2014-present)

Anna is a co-founder of the company, she has been involved in the development and creation of DENEVY's strategy and thanks to her close cooperation with the management has a comprehensive overview of all activities and operations of the company. Since 2014, she has been DENEVA's CFO and BID manager, responsible for the complete management of finance and back-office activities. In her role as BID manager, Anna is involved in the preparation and bidding of new projects. Her ability to effectively manage finance and strategic projects makes Anna an indispensable part of the DENEVY team. Her colleagues value her expertise, experience and ability to collaborate at all levels.

Ing. Martin Hudos

CEO (2024-present)

Martin is an experienced IT technology and management professional. He has been in the IT world for over 20 years. In his position at DENEVY he is responsible for the management and development of the company. Martin is already a director in the PRIME FUND Group. With his extensive experience and expertise, he successfully leads individual teams to achieve their goals and grow in the market. In doing so, he draws on years of experience at Accenture and Deloitte, where he worked on IT transformation projects, digitalization, systems integration, cloud technologies and cybersecurity. In addition, he also has experience in financial management, risk assessment and management at the highest levels.

Andrej was a great person, friend and personality to all who had the privilege to work with him. His vision, dedication and commitment made him a truly inspirational leader and mentor. He was able to tirelessly and without fail tap into the full potential of himself and the rest of us. He believed in the uniqueness and experience of each team member.

He was a fair and factual opposition, but also a great support in problem solving. Even in serious moments, with his own humor, he used to say that difficulties and obstacles are not the problem, but the WAY to solve it.

Thanks to him, DENEVY is not just another IT software company, but a company where working ducklings grow into professional swans. Sincerity, friendliness, a broad smile as well as professionalism, expertise and obsession with unconventional solutions remain HIS legacy from which we will draw inspiration for many years to come.
